RDTM TRADE MARKS

Helping to protect trade marks in the UK and internationally.

How RDTM Can Help You

RDTM Trade Marks Ltd was established by Rebecca Davis in 2017. Recognised as "highly organised, practical and helpful' by the Legal 500 and as a Rising Star in IP Stars, Rebecca now works as a freelance consultant where flexibility is key.

Start-ups/individuals/SMEs - Rebecca has advised numerous start-ups on their trade mark requirements, taking into account the very unique challenges that a new company faces;

Law firms/trade mark firms - Rebecca can help if you are a law firm without a trade mark prosecution offering, but who would like to be able to offer this additional service to your clients. Alternatively, if you already have a trade mark practice, but require shorter term cover, for example, to cover maternity leave, a period where you may be temporarily short of staff or where you need extra assistance for a large project, Rebecca can help;

You may be considering moving away from your current trade mark advisors. Rebecca works on a consultancy basis with law firms and specialist IP firms, so is well placed to assist you in moving your IP portfolio to advisors who will best meet your requirements.
